The BIZON-450 jaw crusher has wide applications in construction, processing of construction waste, mining industry, production of building materials, chemical industry, etc. The jaw crusher is suitable for primary and secondary crushing of all types of minerals and construction waste (stone, concrete, brick, various types of artificial materials) with a compressive strength of less than 320 MPa.
The BIZON-450 jaw crusher is currently the largest in our company's range of jaw crushers. Loading mouth dimensions: 450*250 mm. Drive power for the working module: 18 hp (gasoline engine) or 11 kW (electric motor). These features allow achieving a maximum productivity of up to 20 t/h (productivity depends on the material hardness and the desired fraction at the output). Unlike smaller models in the BIZON range, this particular model allows working with larger fraction stones (up to 450 mm in length and up to 250 mm in height and width). To obtain a fraction of less than 10 mm, we recommend placing two jaw crushers in one technological line, where the larger crusher grinds the raw material to a fraction of 50-80 mm and the smaller one to the desired fine fraction.
