Chipper RE-100

The RE-100 chipper reliably serves for the disposal of wood waste in areas with access to an electrical network.

Description

The structural components of the chipper are laser-cut. The shredder body is then welded, providing much greater resistance to vibrations that occur during operation. This makes the construction stronger and more durable compared to bolted mechanisms. The welded body is machined on precise CNC machining centers, where bearing housings are produced.

This technology ensures concentricity, which contributes to increased durability and proper operation of the device.

The cutting units are made from high-quality, heat-treated steel and are subsequently machined on CNC lathes and milling machines.

The cutting blades are made from durable HARDOX TYPE 500 steel.

The gears of the cutting mechanisms are induction-hardened.

STANDARD chippers are intended for private users, for whom both quality and economic factors are important. A simple and durable design ensures trouble-free operation and functionality. The drive is provided by electric motors (three-phase, induction). The chippers are equipped with wheels and a handle for manual transport.

For customers who want to use chippers for industrial purposes or in companies, the PROFESSIONAL series has been created, featuring, among other things: a steel profile frame, a reinforced and extended feed hopper, rolling elements with increased load capacity, and enhanced operational comfort. These are just some of the differences between the two series. Additionally, PROFESSIONAL chippers are equipped with an extra safety switch that automatically stops the chipper drive when activated.

The drive is powered by OMEC MOTORS electric motors (three-phase, induction) with an automatic star-delta switch, which facilitates motor start-up and prevents overloading the electrical network.
